The median sales price is UP 10.1% However the inventory of homes for sale is DOWN 14.2% This is a great time to sell with inventory so low and believe me, buyers are out there! The pending sales in July (homes under contract waiting to close) were UP a whopping 44%! Another bit of good news: the average days on the market went down from 80 to 58 days.
